1. CONTENT POLICYβ€’ I only create SFW artwork.
β€’ I accept artistic / non-sexual nudity (tasteful, aesthetic, non-explicit poses).
β€’ I will NOT draw:
- explicit sexual content
- genitals or sexual acts
- extreme fetishes/kinks
- graphic violence
- hate speech or offensive content

2. PAYMENTβ€’ Prices are in USD.
β€’ Payment is made via PayPal invoice only.
β€’ Work begins only after full payment (or agreed deposit).

3. PROCESS & REVISIONSβ€’ Updates are provided during sketch and flat color stages.
β€’ Minor changes are free during the sketch phase only.
β€’ Major changes after approval or later stages may require an additional fee.

4. RIGHTS & USAGEβ€’ Artwork is for personal use only (profile pictures, wallpapers, personal printing).
β€’ Commercial use, resale, NFTs, and AI training are NOT allowed unless discussed and paid separately.
β€’ Credit is required when sharing the artwork.

5. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONβ€’ Full refund only if work has not started.
β€’ Partial refund depends on progress made.
β€’ No refunds after final artwork is delivered.
